Other than my DNWs list, I'm really flexible and want you to have fun with what you write, and my prompts are there in case you're stumped more than a "you must write something like this for me to be happy" deal. I decided not to be too picky about dividing out specific additional tags to match individual or clusters of relationship tags in most cases. That said, I think it will be somewhat obvious from my letter or the context that there are some of them I picked with certain relationship tags in mind. That said, if you have a way to make one of those tags work for a different relationship within that prompt, go for it! I always want to encourage your creativity as much as I can. You can also borrow from any other tag I requested or any other tag that struck your fancy that I didn't request as long as it doesn't go against the spirit of my DNWs.
That said, I wrote a letter to give you some general prompts in case just a taglist overwhelmed or didn't help! And I just like writing them.
Below, I have divided the letter into Preferences and Prompts. The preferences section is my boilerplate that I use for every exchange with some minor tweaks as necessary. The prompts are thoughts that I typically write fresh each exchange. If there is a case where a prompt (or one of the tags I picked) seems to contradict a preference or DNW, please defer to the tag! I think that might happen a couple of times in this exchange, but I'll try to be clear about what I want only-when-requested.

I have made two requests for this fandom to isolate some tags for certain ships, but the first request is made with a number of different ships and tags, some of which might fit together more easily than others. Jounouchi Katsuya/Kaiba Seto (hurt Kaiba)
For these two, I'm all about wham realizations that the other is more important to them and that they care about each other underneath the tension. Kaiba realizing how alone he makes himself but that, actually, he has friends. I am also interested in a situation where maybe Jounouchi and Kaiba have "hate sex" or "shut up kiss/sex" but then Kaiba feels more vulnerable than he anticipated and that this either results in immediate comfort or a lot of drama and conflict and then some comfort. I love the idea of them working together toward a common goal or even just in the context of Jounouchi becoming a professional duelist in his early adult life. I'm also interested in anything more Season 0/manga-y about how absolutely weird and lawless Domino City is and how Kaiba kind of ultimately owns it. Mafia vibes without being an AU, y'know.
Yami Bakura/Mark Ishtar (hurt Yami Bakura) | Yami Bakura/Marik Ishtar (hurt Marik)
I must admit that my interest in them was shaped in great part by the YGOTAS treatment they got, especially when they seemed to be roommates in the in-character Let's Plays LK did. That said, in my getting back into YGO as an adult, I have become fond of the idea of them with a somewhat more serious canon-based approach too. To borrow by paraphrase from a tumblr post, I like the idea that they can kind of meet each other in their anger and end up inadvertently soothing those parts of each other in a way. That said, I know there's also a lot of potential for intrarelationship hurt and betrayal between them, and I'm equally interested in that.
For hurting Yami Bakura, I would be very interested in any situation where he believes himself virtually invulnerable but finds that he is not. You could do a canon-divergent AU from the time he's sort of taken out of commission in Battle City, or you could do any other type of more expansive canon-divergence. I would also be interested in any situation where Yami Bakura either has an internal struggle between the Zorc-parts and the Thief King Bakura-parts of his personality or where they are eventually separated by any sort of circumstance. In that situation, I want the TKB part to survive but don't care about what you do with the Zorc bits in terms of ultimate survival. I would also be interested in a situation where Ryou himself is finally freed as host or frees himself but Marik helps ousted Yami Bakura out in some way, morally dubious or no. Whatever happens, please don't badly hurt Ryou himself. I want Yami Bakura to suffer, then get comforted. If Ryou is part of the suffering, I like takes where it has to do with his struggle against his personal autonomy and villainous codependency.
For hurting Marik, I like things where Marik ends up in over his head because he has a tremendous amount of confidence that things will go his way relative to his inexperience of the world around him. Even if he has some magical powers at his disposal, that doesn't necessarily make up for the ways in which he's helpless to his own id or to the things about the world he never got to experience until now. I would love either a Yami Bakura who is reluctant protector or rescuer of his partner in crime or where he is both the one who causes the hurt and comforts him in the end as his own feelings and allegiance to Marik sort of shift around. I would even enjoy a fic where Yami Bakura intends to kill or sacrifice Marik because he might be having fun but considers Marik expendable until the moment of truth. I love post-canon stuff and maybe things that are set post-DSOD too. I feel like they'd be a great candidate for sex rituals if you want to go there.
Piggybacking off that to my second request for "hurt Marik," I am also interested in the idea that Yami Bakura puts Marik into a coercive sexual situation, hurts him during consensual sex, or otherwise rattles him in this way and then at least partially repents of the situation due to complicated feelings. The hurt can have been intentional or not. One exception to a DNW here: You can use knifeplay or the threat or use of sharp objects (like the Ring's drowsing bits) here so long as the bleeding does not become serious.
Mazaki Anzu/Mutou Yuugi (hurt Yuugi)
They are who I had in mind when picking the tags that have to do with mourning the loss of a person they both loved. I am also interested in anything that has to do with physical hurt that Yugi might become vulnerable to. I'm mostly interested in during canon or post-canon fics about them, because while I know Anzu was a bit of a protector and defender of Yugi at times prior to his making other friends, I feel like that's well-trod ground. I would love to see them maturing into what is probably the most "normal" relationship any of the characters are likely to have post-canon while also having the context of the fact that maybe both of them were in love with Atem but in any case both loved him very much while he has moved on into the afterlife. You can see the tags that I reserved just for Atem/Yugi, too, but if it's just these two I would also be interested in, like, kink-gone-a-little-awkward or difficult-to-confess-to-wanting-kink or something like that a a source of hurt/comfort.
Atem/Mazaki Anzu/Mutou Yuugi (hurt Yuugi)
Atem and Anzu bonding over a desire to protect or help or comfort Yugi would be great. I would love a chance for Anzu to show a bit of her fiery and likes-danger-if-it-means-getting-to-see-Atem side combined with how much she cares about Yugi as a person. I love stuff that draws from the more weird, early manga horror roots for these ideas. I would also love anything sort of domestic and soft about Yugi coping with the catharsis and also some repressed grief after Atem coming back from the afterlife in his own body. Alternatively, I find anything you can do to have all three of them communicate and interact while Yugi and Atem share a body really interesting!

Atem/Mazaki Anzu/Mutou Yugi (hurt Anzu)
When I was a kid, I fell in love with Atem for the same reason Anzu did: he set a dude on fire to help her out of the threat of physical and sexual harm. You could use that early manga story as inspiration or anything else that comes to mind. I would also love Anzu getting to see how much more confident and competent Yugi has become as his relationship with Atem has grown and he has grown as a person as a result. I would also like them comforting or helping her with regard to something to do with her career aspirations or a dancing-related injury.
Atem/Mutou Yuugi (hurt Yuugi)
I like the idea that Yugi is into the idea of BDSM but is actually not that into the idea of being very hurt. Enjoys pain but not injury. We know from early manga and/or Season 0 and some of the filler how scary and potentially violent or scarily decisive Atem can be. However, I don't think he would mean to unduly hurt of scare Yugi and might even feel guilty about doing so in a sexual context even if he kind of liked it. Hence the tag choices in the second request. One exception to a DNW: you can use breathplay here if it is one of the things Yugi wants to try but then decides it's too scary/violent/he doesn't like it. That said, I would not like knifeplay/intentional cuts used. Minor bleeding caused incidentally is okay.
For this request, feel free to let Anzu come along to if you like, but she doesn't have to!

This is a new fandom for me so forgive me if the prompts aren't as lengthy as the others. That said, I'm really interested in the in-game dynamic and the idea of my chosen tags applying to them. I know that some people think they're too sibling-y or whatever, but I have a "don't like, don't read/request" attitude about it and welcome the notion of some flavor of them feeling a taboo of sorts whether they like it or overcome it. That said, you can just go with the interpretation of their dynamic that doesn't lean so heavily on a "squicky" familial bond too. I guess the best guidance I can give beyond the prompts and this context is that I like the idea of them kind of putting some cart before the horse in terms of repairing the damage to their relationship falling out (emotionally or sexually) before and needing comfort as a result of that or injury and the resulting concern bringing them close enough to work out their problems.
Ishida Yamato/Yagami Taichi (hurt Tai) | Ishida Yamato/Yagami Taichi (hurt Matt) | Ishida Yamato/Yagami Taichi (both hurt)
When I was a kid, this fandom singlehandedly instilled in me a love of the shippy tropes that come with wilderness survival. I would love any of that to be going on! I have also recently started watching the 2020 reboot, and I'm not that far in, but I want to let you have the freedom to draw inspiration from any version of these characters' relationship. That said, if you are going to be explicit about any sexual contact between them, I would like for them to be young adults. PG-13 stuff about them as teens is fine, though.
I would like anything about them coming to terms with attraction to each other. I don't mind internalized homophobia being present as long as it isn't super issue-fic-y as I would prefer a focus on them as people. Otherwise, I would like to read about them developing a closer and closer physical comfort level with, well, comforting each other, until they're old enough for it to suddenly change context.
Hinata Shouyou/Kageyama Tobio (hurt Tobio)
I love everything about their dynamic and would love to read fic about them at any of their canon relationship stages and ages. That said, if you're going to be explicit about sexual contact, I would like for them to be legal adults. PG-13 stuff is fine if they're still teenagers though!
I absolutely love their relationship and could gush about it forever. I especially like the idea of Hinata calming down enough to effectively comfort Kageyama. I know he would want to, but I can imagine he would be bad at it sometimes. I would also love to see Hinata being the person who accidentally caused some kind of hurt for Kageyama and then unscrambling the mess even if it's hard because it matters. We've seen then take that kind of thing on for each other in canon, and I can't get enough.
I'm also interested in simple, private moments of sexual or non-sexual intimacy or unresolved tension.
I would also totally read a fic set in an AU based on that western RPG art that the author did if that strikes your fancy!

Rand Al'Thor/Mat Cauthon (hurt Mat)
I loved how strung out with concern Rand seemed about Mat once they went off on their adventure alone, and if I had to pick a favorite episode, I loved the one where they were together in the little fishing village. I would love to see a longer period of their travels together or a scene where Mat begrudgingly accepts comfort and has it become something more between them.
As you can see below, I also like Egwene, but if you prefer the notion that Egwene and Rand are finished for good, I would prefer she not come up. That said, if there's some thread that could lead them to being in a poly relationship in your head, then I would actually enjoy some largely-unfounded "is it infidelity" guilt.

Maybe one day they all find themselves in a position where there is a happy compromise in the lives they all want, but Rand still has issues. Atem/Mazaki Anzu/Mutou Yuugi (hurt Yuugi)
Atem and Anzu bonding over a desire to protect or help or comfort Yugi would be great. I would love a chance for Anzu to show a bit of her fiery and likes-danger-if-it-means-getting-to-see-Atem side combined with how much she cares about Yugi as a person. I love stuff that draws from the more weird, early manga horror roots for these ideas. I would also love anything sort of domestic and soft about Yugi coping with the catharsis and also some repressed grief after Atem coming back from the afterlife in his own body. Alternatively, I find anything you can do to have all three of them communicate and interact while Yugi and Atem share a body really interesting!

When I was a kid, I fell in love with Atem for the same reason Anzu did: he set a dude on fire to help her out of the threat of physical and sexual harm. You could use that early manga story as inspiration or anything else that comes to mind. I would also love Anzu getting to see how much more confident and competent Yugi has become as his relationship with Atem has grown and he has grown as a person as a result. I would also like them comforting or helping her with regard to something to do with her career aspirations or a dancing-related injury.
Atem/Mutou Yuugi (hurt Yuugi)
I like the idea that Yugi is into the idea of BDSM but is actually not that into the idea of being very hurt. Enjoys pain but not injury. We know from early manga and/or Season 0 and some of the filler how scary and potentially violent or scarily decisive Atem can be. However, I don't think he would mean to unduly hurt of scare Yugi and might even feel guilty about doing so in a sexual context even if he kind of liked it. Hence the tag choices in the second request. One exception to a DNW: you can use breathplay here if it is one of the things Yugi wants to try but then decides it's too scary/violent/he doesn't like it. That said, I would not like knifeplay/intentional cuts used. Minor bleeding caused incidentally is okay.

This is a new fandom for me so forgive me if the prompts aren't as lengthy as the others. That said, I'm really interested in the in-game dynamic and the idea of my chosen tags applying to them. I know that some people think they're too sibling-y or whatever, but I have a "don't like, don't read/request" attitude about it and welcome the notion of some flavor of them feeling a taboo of sorts whether they like it or overcome it. That said, you can just go with the interpretation of their dynamic that doesn't lean so heavily on a "squicky" familial bond too. I guess the best guidance I can give beyond the prompts and this context is that I like the idea of them kind of putting some cart before the horse in terms of repairing the damage to their relationship falling out (emotionally or sexually) before and needing comfort as a result of that or injury and the resulting concern bringing them close enough to work out their problems.

When I was a kid, this fandom singlehandedly instilled in me a love of the shippy tropes that come with wilderness survival. I would love any of that to be going on! I have also recently started watching the 2020 reboot, and I'm not that far in, but I want to let you have the freedom to draw inspiration from any version of these characters' relationship. That said, if you are going to be explicit about any sexual contact between them, I would like for them to be young adults. PG-13 stuff about them as teens is fine, though.
I would like anything about them coming to terms with attraction to each other. I don't mind internalized homophobia being present as long as it isn't super issue-fic-y as I would prefer a focus on them as people. Otherwise, I would like to read about them developing a closer and closer physical comfort level with, well, comforting each other, until they're old enough for it to suddenly change context.

I love everything about their dynamic and would love to read fic about them at any of their canon relationship stages and ages. That said, if you're going to be explicit about sexual contact, I would like for them to be legal adults. PG-13 stuff is fine if they're still teenagers though!
I absolutely love their relationship and could gush about it forever. I especially like the idea of Hinata calming down enough to effectively comfort Kageyama. I know he would want to, but I can imagine he would be bad at it sometimes. I would also love to see Hinata being the person who accidentally caused some kind of hurt for Kageyama and then unscrambling the mess even if it's hard because it matters. We've seen then take that kind of thing on for each other in canon, and I can't get enough.
I'm also interested in simple, private moments of sexual or non-sexual intimacy or unresolved tension.
I would also totally read a fic set in an AU based on that western RPG art that the author did if that strikes your fancy!

I loved how strung out with concern Rand seemed about Mat once they went off on their adventure alone, and if I had to pick a favorite episode, I loved the one where they were together in the little fishing village. I would love to see a longer period of their travels together or a scene where Mat begrudgingly accepts comfort and has it become something more between them.
As you can see below, I also like Egwene, but if you prefer the notion that Egwene and Rand are finished for good, I would prefer she not come up. That said, if there's some thread that could lead them to being in a poly relationship in your head, then I would actually enjoy some largely-unfounded "is it infidelity" guilt.

Maybe one day they all find themselves in a position where there is a happy compromise in the lives they all want, but Rand still has issues. Or, perhaps, life keeps throwing them into the role of being too important to the weave to have peace and they comfort the "Chosen One" together. Also it could be less nebulous and involve reassuring Rand that he's not cheating either of them by loving them both.
