Prix. One reason I have kept this journal open and active for dear author letters is because the line from The Hunger Games it is drawn from reflects a theme that I love in almost all character relationships I fancy: "we protect each other." To learn more about my likes and dislikes and to find a few prompts, keep reading.

If you opt to write an NSFW fic, the most important thing for me is that the characters seem in-character. Apart from staying away from the specific things listed in my DNWs, I would prefer any kink involved to be something the characters in question would be into more than what I personally might be into. I like feelings with m smut if I read smut. I'm happy with or without this kind of content, so feel free but not pushed to write it.
Also, while I always request fanfiction as my primary request, I am open to receiving fanart as treats if you are so-inclined.
Ratings: Any rating from G to E is welcome unless otherwise indicated for a particular fandom, character, or relationship. For sexy stuff, fade-to-black or smut are fine. High ratings for violence are also fine, but I prefer there not be an extreme focus on graphic gore or torture. If you are doing smut, I like a hint of plot - just some indication of how they got here, why, etc. Apart from picking from the tags I have selected, I have no preference for gen or ship-fic. I love friendship and found family just as much as romantic love.
The order of the prompts has nothing to do with preference, just the order in which I noticed them as tags.
The Expanse
Amos Burton/Alex Kamal
"I could kiss you on the mouth." - I love their rapport and friendship. I would love to read a fic about their crossing the line into something more. I feel like both of them would view it as crossing a line but for very different reasons. One or both could be in denial about feelings. They could think it is just a physical thing, but it turns out not to be. Amos rescuing Alex from peril or Alex finding a way to do the same despite the fact that he's not so much a brawler would be great.
Filip Inaros & Naomi Nagata
I haven't read past about halfway through the first book. I know that Filip's fate is a terrible one, though, and that I do not like it. I would love any fic about Naomi getting to keep her baby. Bonus points if she becomes friends or lovers with any of the Roci crew, too, and her friends help her raise her child. Realistic-ish kid fluff is what I am hoping for here primarily, though. If you prefer going the drama route, maybe something about being a single mother in the Belt on the run.
Amos Burton/Jim Holden/Alex Kamal/Naomi Nagata
I love the Roci crew and their relationships with each other in canon. I also love polyamory that becomes healthy even if no one knows what they're doing at first. It could be something that happens organically as a poly relationship, or it could start as, say, Alex/Amos and Jim/Naomi and slowly blur its lines into something else. Themes I might enjoy are Holden coming to terms with being poly even though he very much thought he didn't want to be even though he respected his parents' decision, Alex coping with the fact that he deserted his first wife and has been going through a divorce, Naomi loving it but also being frustrated with being the only woman in the crew, and Amos opening up about allowing himself to associate affectionate feelings with sexuality/physicality at all.
Jim Holden/Naomi Nagata
Given that they are a canon ship, a really simple slice of life fic would be fine and easy to plug-and-play. However, if you want to do something more complex than that I guess I would be interested in things like them having a period of separation but where their relationship isn't in flux - long-distance relationship in the solar system kind of way. If you wanted you could write angst about potential kids: that is that Holden can no longer have them without getting a sperm sample from Earth's Navy back or that Naomi is sad about the loss of her own child and doesn't want to have any more. If you want to incorporate the Filip & Naomi prompt, maybe they get Filip back somehow while he's still young.
Good Omens
Fandom-Specific DNW: Articulated at more length on the prompt but basically just avoid religion bashing, making God "the bad guy," or making fun of people of faith.
Fandom-Specific Note: I usually don't even specify anything about gender in likes or DNWs, and the only reason I did this time was so I could delineate an exception in this fandom. While I don't usually like to read fic that's about gender identity, feel free to have these characters have nonstandard gender expression or some fluidity or nonbinariness to them. While I prefer a fic that keeps them primarily male-presenting, I wouldn't mind at all reading about a time when one or both of them was disguised or presenting as a woman. Also if you write smut with them, since they have to "make an effort" to have genitals at all, I don't mind which they have. I would not particularly like a straight-up Rule 63, were-always-mainly-presenting-as-women interpretation/AU, please.
Aziraphale/Crowley
Post-canon fic about their finally acknowledging their feelings. There are hundreds of these, but share the one you want to write? I especially like when characters work through their respective hang-ups about being in a relationship, especially when there is a lot of history there. I do not mind whether Crowley and Aziraphale are asexual or if they do partake; I'll be happy either way. Alternatively, I would eat up some good unresolved romantic and/or sexual tension at some point in the past. I especially enjoy fics about their adventures in history.
Anathema Device/Newton Pulsifer
Newt and Anathema got together so quickly, bonded by fire as it were. I am sure that this might lead to some bumpy spots as they settle into their relationship and work out what they want from life and each other. I often got the impression that Anathema was stormy and rather unsettled about what she wanted, whereas Newt has wanted things but never quite been able to obtain them. I think that is an interesting tension, and I guess I would like a fic about them fighting and working their way through it like (young) adults. Bonding in a real way rather than simply an impulsive way.
Marvel Cinematic Universe
Fandom-Specific DNW: A canon-compliant Endgame-ending Peggy/Steve fic. See more details on the prompt page and below.
Steve Rogers & Natasha Romanov or Steve Rogers/Natasha Romanov
Whether you go the romantic or platonic route for Steve and Natasha, I love their canon rapport. I love everything about their learning to trust each other during The Winter Soldier. Their relationship was also the saving grace for other films that I enjoyed less. If you want to write about their friendship, I would love to read about them simply enjoying each other's company. Maybe something about Natasha and Steve helping each other with something they don't understand about life (Steve with his lack of context for the modern world or Natasha with her lack of context about normal, healthy relationships). Honestly, I have a hard time determining where the jumping off point between friendship and romance is for people who would tend to be romantically interested in each other, so if you want to sort of play it down the middle that would be fine too. I would love sort of casefic when they're in the Avengers, particularly after its reformation but prior to Civil War. Or if you want to do romantic stuff, I would love a getting-together kind of fic.
Peggy Carter/Steve Rogers
One thing I would not like to have is a canon-compliant Endgame ending fic about these two. Even though I enjoy the enjoy their relationship and would like any fix-it, other canon-compliant, or canon-divergent fic, the way it was "resolved" in Endgame didn't sit well with me. Some ideas include: Peggy as an agent or leader of SHIELD in the present day alongside Steve, Peggy as the Winter Soldier (whether she replaces or even works alongside Bucky and if you go with the latter I actually would find Bucky/Peggy/Steve okay even though I don't usually go for Steve/Bucky on its own; I just noticed that this threesome was a tag so if you want to go there here is permission). Alternatively, what if Steve had been able to get out the ice much earlier? If Steve and Peggy had been able to grow into a relationship in their own era, maybe I would like to see them being old together organically when the Avengers form or at some point thereafter.
Star Wars Sequel Trilogy
Fandom-Specific DNW: Anti-Reylo stuff. If you match on the other ship, you definitely don't have to also like reylo to write for me, but if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all.
Please note that at the time I am writing this letter, I have not watched The Rise of Skywalker, but because social media is the way it is and I can't stop myself, I am spoiled about everything significant that happens in it. I may watch it before reveals, but even if I don't, you may include any details or references to it that you feel you need to. However, even without seeing it I can tell you that it will be my least favorite of the three and that I am with The Last Jedi for life. Our preferences don't have to match, but just in case it helps guide you. Thank you Rian Johnson, and none for you J.J. Abrams.
Rey/Ben Solo | Kylo Ren
Honestly I'm just depressed and tired right now, so give me your alternate universe version of what could have happened after TLJ? Or you could do a fix-fic post TROS that undoes everything stupid about it if you're so-inclined. I am just all about redemption stories and the theme that seemed to be developing of both Ben and Rey being inclined to a sort of gray-area rather than dark-side or light-side together and truly "bringing balance to the Force." I could go for funny or serious application of their Force-bond or it maintaining momentum. Rey getting the opportunity to air her grievances and Ben learning from his mistakes. Rey struggling with her fear of anything that draws her into the darkness. I'm giving very vague broad-strokes everyone-does-it prompts, but please write the fic that gives your heart comfort, joy, or titillation.
Rose Tico/Armitage Hux
I had literally never heard of anyone shipping this until I saw a piece of fanart floating around. Now I'm curious. I'm aware of the fact that Hux, in canon, was a spy within the First Order simply because he wanted to see Kylo Ren lose. I would love if it was more than that or if he wasn't the spy at all but came across Rose some other way. I would love to see him learning about love from Rose and facing an even bumpier road to redemption than Ben might. Even if it is concise, feel free to have the in-story time take years. Like I said, I'm new to the concept but intrigued so sell me on it?
Star Wars Prequel Trilogy
Fandom-Specific DNW: See more details on the prompt page but basically I just don't want an Anakin-bashing fic.
Padmé Amidala/Obi-Wan Kenobi or Padmé Amidala & Obi-Wan Kenobi
I don't mind if this fic is platonic or romantic. Even though I cut my teeth on Anakin/Padmé and loved it a lot as a teenager, one of my first multishipping experiences was imagining a canon-divergent alternate universe where Obi-Wan and Padmé met again before AOTC could happen and fell into their own forbidden love before Anakin had the opportunity. Alternatively, feel free to follow suit with canon and have background Anakin/Padme whilst giving Padmé a platonic friendship that actually matters with Obi-Wan. Perhaps they first bond over their shared concern for Anakin, but I would like for Padmé to get the opportunity to be more of a character than a potential one. Expand on the concepts the prequels tend to waste. I would also like a fic where Padmé lives but she and Obi-Wan go into hiding with the twins. This could be a platonic co-parenting situation, a situation where the fall in love but there are concerns about the fact that even though Anakin has fallen that it feels like infidelity and betrayal, or anything between.
